Rotector Gunning Machine What is Rotector? This is a spraying machine with the use of tank developed for spraying refractory material. Machine from high-performance model to the model having basic minimum and requisite functions are lined up. This machine is automatically controlled by relay timer, PLC or computer. Controlling method is decided according to the purpose. Features of Rotector This is the spraying machine for refractory material by compressed tank without discharging of dust. Tanks with capacities between 0.1m3 and 5.0m3 can be manufactured according to our standard specifications. Gunning application : Electric Arc Furnace, Converter (BOF), Ladle, Snorkel for RH and DH, Torpedo, Coke oven, Blast Furnace, etc. Spraying can be operated automatically. Operation is very simple. (In automatic operation, only RUN, START/STOP switches must be operated.) It will become possible to discharge material needed to spray. Because of use of tank, discharge of dust may not happen. As discharging q'ty is controlled through feed wheel, so the q'ty of discharge could be steplessly set. It is possible to spray large q'ty of material in accordance with your requirements.
