Structure
Generally column is built up on the working floor and then mechanism such
as turning is mounted on the column.
Possible
to hang it on the existed column if there is not enough space to built
up. Arm is titled up and down by power cylinder toward the center of
EAF. Arm is equipped on the turning device and turns between furnace core and
waiting position. Spraying nozzle fixed at the end of the arm can rotate at
the whole angle and right/left.

pipe before.
*Once the machine
is put into operation. It becomes possible to spray large q'ty of material with
less time. Nevertheless, gunning q'ty had increased for the first two months,
become operator's lack of proficiency. Therefore, three months later, when
operator is accustomed to the operation of machine. Gunning material consumption was reduced by average
