EAF gunning manipulator

Advantages
Labor-saving: Easy for one person to operate this machine.
Every operation can be controlled by a wireless pendant controller.

Whole inner surface of furnace can be sprayed equal, even the rear side of slag discharging spot.

Structure

Generally column is built up on the working floor and then mechanism such as turning is mounted on the column.
Possible to hang it on the existed column if there is not enough space to built up.
Arm is titled up and down by power cylinder toward the center of EAF.
Arm is equipped on the turning device and turns between furnace core and waiting position.
Spraying nozzle fixed at the end of the arm can rotate at the whole angle and right/left
.

Example A

Gunning material consumption (unit per ton) reduced by 12%
*Repair by gunning was once manually operated by pipe before.
*Once the machine is put into operation. It becomes possible to spray large q'ty of material with less time. Nevertheless, gunning q'ty had increased for the first two months, become operator's lack of proficiency. Therefore, three months later, when operator is accustomed to the operation of machine.
